Stocura didn't come out of a boardroom. It came out from behind a cash register, after the third time stock didn't match between the store and the website.

Why Stocura exists

Stocura was born from real frustration. We had a store with both physical and online presence, used an ERP for accounting, MerchantPro for online, SmartBill for invoices, a cash register that talked to nobody, and an Excel file desperately trying to hold it all together.

The problem wasn't any one system — each did what it was supposed to do. The problem was they didn't talk to each other. Real-time stock? A joke. End-of-day reconciliation? Two hours. Mistakes? Daily.

Stocura is the system we wanted back then and couldn't find. Every module solves a concrete problem we hit personally. It's not built from SaaS theory — it's built from the reality of a store that actually runs.

How we work

Practical, not flashy

We don't add features to look good in a demo. We add features because they solve a real problem for a real user.

Honest about limits

Stocura doesn't do everything. We're upfront about what it doesn't do and recommend alternatives when we're not the right fit.

Built locally

We know Romanian fiscal law, we know MerchantPro, we know the reality of a store in Bucharest or Cluj. Support is in Romanian, developers are in Romania.
