Every SKU knows where it lives. Every bin knows what it holds. Every move is logged.
What this module does
Stocura's warehouse module lets you organize your inventory by bins — physical locations like rack, shelf, or zone — and track every movement in real time. When you scan a barcode, the system tells you exactly where the product is, how many units are there, and when it last moved.
For a SKU that lives across multiple bins, the system asks you which one to pick from. For a single-bin SKU, it picks automatically — no extra clicks.
Whether you have one store with a small back-room or a network with a central warehouse and multiple locations, Stocura tracks stock everywhere and shows you a single consolidated picture.

Multi-level bins
Organize the warehouse by rack, shelf, location. As many levels as you need.
Barcode scanning
From mobile or dedicated scanner. Works offline and syncs when you're back online.
Receiving and transfers
Receive goods from suppliers, transfer between warehouses, with full audit trail.
Cycle and full stocktakes
Stocktake by category or across the whole warehouse. Discrepancies are logged and reported.
Low stock alerts
Set thresholds per SKU. When stock drops below, you get an alert — never run out.
Movement history per SKU
See every movement of any product: when, by whom, from which bin to which.
